Rules & Policies
Salon rules and regulations are an essential part of our salon business. We have these rules and policies to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. Please take a few minutes to read through them.
* Booking and Cancellation
Booking: All appointments must be booked by calling (919) 615-1561. Please do not email/text us appointment requests as they will not be honored. If you are in the area, you can walk in to book an appointment.
Punctuality: Arrive on time for your appointments to ensure you receive the whole duration of your scheduled service without impacting subsequent client bookings.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you cannot make it to your appointment time, please call us to reschedule or cancel at least 1-2 hours in advance. If we cannot pick up your call at that moment, please leave a voicemail.
Late Arrivals: Please call us if you’re going to be late, up to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, we may or may not be able to accept you. If the service is still carried out, you will have to take the services for a shorter period. Late arrivals are not guaranteed their original appointment time.
No-Show or No Call: You will not be honored to book an appointment next time with two strikes.
* Payment Methods
We accept cash and credit cards such as Mastercards and Visa.
We do not accept Tap/Apple Pay, American Express, or Discover credit cards.
All sales and service charges are final, no refunds, returns & exchanges.
* Gratuity
Tips for our staff are greatly appreciated. No one on our staff will ever ask or require you to leave a tip. However, if you feel you have received excellent service at Sweet Nails Spa, feel free to leave a tip at your own discretion. Cash or cards are acceptable.
* Pricing & Change of Mind
Please ask our staff and check the price before starting the service. A price list is available for your reference; however, prices may be subject to change and may vary based on design, customization, and additional services without notice.
Any choices you make regarding nail lengths, shapes, or colors will be shown to you on 1-2 nails before proceeding. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your nail shape, length, and color during the service. If you are not happy, please speak up immediately and inform our staff so we can correct it and resolve the problem.
Once your service is complete, we are unable to change your original choice without additional charges. All prices are subject to change at the discretion of the management.
Post-COVID Pandemic
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we required every customer to come in with a mask and wash their hands at our sinks before signing in and choosing colors for their services. Our regular customers like to wash their hands before doing anything, so we kept this policy for all customers post-COVID.
Please wash your hands before signing in and selecting a color. At the sink, hand towels are toward your left side in the first and second drawers. Thank you!
* Health History & Illness
If you have allergies or certain illness conditions that may be concerning (diabetes, strokes, seizures, etc) or any other health complications, please let our staff know ahead of time.
If you are sick, please wear a mask. Illness in the shop results in canceled appointments and spreads to our families, and also exposes those who may have compromised immunity.
* Cell Phones
We’re happy you’ve chosen Sweet Nails Spa for your services! While you wait for your appointment to begin, please be courteous to others waiting in the same building. Please keep your volume at a respectable level.
Gift Cards
Sales are final; please make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
No refund or return on the used or unused gift cards once purchased.
We do not affiliate with other third-party businesses or merchants to sell gift cards online. All gift cards will be sold at our store only.
*Pets/Service Dogs
We love pets! But unfortunately, we can’t have them here in the salon. Please leave your pets at home so we can ensure a safe and sanitary environment for everyone. State Board of Cosmetics Regulation.
If you have a service dog, please get in touch with the salon ahead of time.
* Personal/Valuable Items
We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing, jewelry, phones, and accessories. Please take care of your personal items, and if they are valuable, consider leaving them at home and refraining from bringing them into the salon.
Personal Information
We care deeply about privacy. We do not sell, trade, or rent customer personal identification information to other third-party businesses or merchants collected when you sign in for a service.
